Computer Troubleshooters is an international network of computer service franchises, specifically created to meet the information technology needs of small businesses and residential clients. Candidates must have a technical background and be fluent in all platforms of Microsoft Windows. Candidates must possess a professional appearance; have excellent communication skills and the ability to multi-task. IT help desk experience is preferred. Reliable transportation is a requirement as this position requires daily travel in Wichita and the surrounding area. Hardware removal/installation, network configurations, virus removal, operating system install and help desk experience preferred.
