Real ID PUT Specialist

Description We are looking for a skilled IT Support Specialist to provide technical assistance and support for hardware, software, and network-related issues. The ideal candidate should have strong troubleshooting skills and a good understanding of computer systems. ________________________________________

Key Responsibilities:

• Troubleshoot hardware and software issues in a timely manner
• Support software applications, including KINDL system
• Handle incident and service requests using ticketing system (INTRA)
• Support users with login, password resets, and access issues
• Monitor system performance and ensure systems are running efficiently ________________________________________

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Basic knowledge of computer hardware and software troubleshooting
• Familiarity with Windows operating systems and common applications
• Experience with ticketing systems is a plus
• Good problem-solving and communication skills
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment ________________________________________

Preferred Qualifications:

• Associate's or Bachelor's degree in IT or related field
• 2+ years of IT Support experience
• Experience with Active Directory and enterprise systems

Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $15.00 - $17.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
