Contract Job Overview:
Responsible for providing technical support for hardware, software, and network-related issues. Supports troubleshooting, deployment, and maintenance activities while ensuring reliable technology operations and excellent customer service. Works in a fast-paced environment managing multiple support tasks and technical requests.
Requirement/Must Have:
Ability to identify and troubleshoot defective equipment. Ability to identify and troubleshoot software and application issues. Ability to determine and resolve hardware issues prior to deployment. Knowledge and experience working in network room environments. Excellent customer service skills. Strong organizational skills. Strong written and verbal communication skills. Ability to multitask while handling phone calls in a fast-paced environment. Self-motivated and proactive work approach.
Experience:
Experience providing technical support for hardware and software environments. Experience troubleshooting deployment and network-related issues. Experience supporting end users in fast-paced technical environments.
Responsibilities:
Troubleshoot defective hardware and equipment issues. Diagnose and resolve software and application problems. Perform hardware validation and issue resolution prior to deployment. Support network room operations and maintenance activities. Provide technical assistance and customer support to end users. Manage multiple support requests and priorities effectively. Maintain communication with users regarding issue resolution and updates. Support adherence to IT operational standards and best practices.
Should Have:
Understanding of Network Operating Systems. Technical certifications such as MOS, MTA, MCP, A+, or MCITP preferred. General understanding of the ITIL Framework preferred.
Skills:
Hardware and software troubleshooting. Technical support and customer service. Network support and operations. Communication and documentation. Problem-solving and multitasking. IT support processes and best practices.
Qualification And Education:
Bachelor s degree in Computer Science preferred. Associate degree with 2+ years of related experience accepted. High School Diploma with 4+ years of related experience accepted.
