Job Description
JOB SUMMARY
Provides technical support on IT applications & hardware, day-to-day maintenance of LAN, WAN, data networks and voice communications. Perform any other duties as required by supervisor.JOB REQUIREMENTS
Minimum Education § Bachelor's degree in Information Technology or equivalent (Preferred) Minimum Work Experience § Previous 2-5 Years (Preferred) Required Skills § Strong understanding of the organization's goals and objectives. § Good written and oral communication skills; good interpersonal skills. § Ability to conduct research into enterprise systems issues and products as required. § Highly self-motivated and directed, with keen attention to detail. § Proven analytical and problem-solving abilities. § Ability to effectively prioritize tasks in a high-pressure environment. § Strong customer service orientation. § Experience working in a team-oriented, collaborative environment.FUNCTIONAL DEMANDS

Supports the hospital Mission, Service and Values.ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS
§ Perform first and second level IT support related activities on incidents and requests on the use of company technologies and services provided (e.g. phones, tablets, desktops/laptops, email, printers, etc…) either remotely, via email, in-person, etc… § Diagnose system failures to isolate the source of problems between equipment, system software, and applications. § Maintains technical documentation related to the configuration of production components (i.e. hardware, operating system, applications, management tools, etc) including installation and troubleshooting instructions for each § Interacts with vendors to facilitate repairs of hardware, i.e. printers, laptops and desktops § Ability to clearly document issue resolution using the Service Desk incident management system. § Escalate incidents and/or requests to the appropriate resource(s) to ensure timely resolution and customer satisfaction. § Participate in department and business level projects as needed to ensure timely execution of technology initiatives and strategies. § Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment § Performs other duties as requested and/or assigned within area of expertise.Similar remote jobs
