What do you need to succeed?1+ years corporate desk side support experience with strong emphasis supporting Windows 7 and Windows 102-11pm M-F or 10pm - 7am M-FExperience troubleshooting and replacing hardware on Lenovo PCsExperience using Active DirectoryExperience supporting Microsoft Office 2007, Microsoft Office 2016 including MS Lync, Microsoft Outlook Web Application (OWA) and the Outlook 2016 clientExperience troubleshooting wireless connectivity issuesQuality Customer Service skillsVPN experience.

Experience with basic hardware printer supportExperience with Symantec productions including Endpoint Protection, Bitlocker, SCCM, and RDP#LI-LG1#LI-ONSITE
