Full-time Job Overview:
We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated IT Systems Support Engineer to join our dynamic team. As an IT Systems Support Engineer, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the seamless operation of our clients' IT systems and providing exceptional technical support.
Responsibilities:
System Administration:
Manage and maintain client IT systems, including servers, networks, and infrastructure components.
Technical Support:
Respond to client inquiries and provide timely and effective technical support to resolve issues and ensure system functionality.
Troubleshooting:
Diagnose and troubleshoot hardware, software, and network issues to identify and implement solutions.
Installation and Configuration:
Install, configure, and upgrade IT systems and applications as needed.
Security:
Implement and maintain security measures to protect client systems from potential threats and vulnerabilities.
Documentation:
Create and update documentation for IT systems, configurations, and support procedures.
Collaboration:
Collaborate with other IT professionals and departments to ensure a cohesive and integrated approach to IT support.
Requirements:
Education:
Bachelor's or Associates degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
Experience:
Proven experience in IT support roles, with a focus on system administration.
Technical Skills:
Proficient in Microsoft Windows and MacOS operating systems. Strong knowledge of network protocols, configurations, and troubleshooting. Experience with virtualization technologies (VMware, Hyper-V). Familiarity with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure). Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.

Microsoft Certified:
