Job Description

Desktop Support Engineer Onsite contract position in Holly Ridge, Louisiana. 2nd shift Monday-Friday 4pm-12am (Monday-Friday, 8am-5pm for the first 3 months)
Pay:
$33-38/hr.
Requirements:
Required Qualifications
  • (those in bold are absolute must haves) 8-10 years of hands‑on support with relevant experience with in Fast paced environments Install, configure, and troubleshoot operating systems, applications, and security tools maintain printers and multifunction devices.
onsite support for desktops/laptops, peripherals, hardware replacements , and office IT equipment. Support video conferencing systems troubleshooting on switches, routers, firewalls, and wireless access points. Rack/stack network equipment, patch cables Record keeping of distributed assets Windows 10/11 Microsoft 365 apps VPN Technologies Strong knowledge of TCP/IP, DHCP, DNS, switches, routers, firewalls, VPNs, Wi-Fi Audio/Video Systems Active Directory , Entra ID, Intone , MDM Working in a ticketing system Preferred Qualifications +, Microsoft, or ITIL ServiceNow, Citrix, Bomgar, asset management tools, disk encryption, Citrix Workspace, imaging tools (ManageEngine Endpoint Central), Cisco AMP/Umbrella, CrowdStrike Falcon.
