Job Description
We are seeking a motivated and energetic IT Help Desk Intern to join our dynamic team. This paid internship offers a hands-on experience in supporting our organization's IT infrastructure, troubleshooting software and hardware issues, and delivering exceptional customer service. As an integral part of our IT support team, you will gain valuable skills in computer management, network administration, and technical support across various operating systems and devices. Duties Provide technical support to end-users for hardware, software, and network issues via help desk channels Troubleshoot and resolve software problems across Windows operating systems Assist with computer management tasks including hardware setup, configuration, and maintenance Support network administration activities such as configuring VPNs, firewalls, DNS, TCP/IP settings, and LAN connections Manage user accounts and permissions Support the deployment and management of mobile devices and computer hardware Experience Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field Basic understanding of IT support principles, including troubleshooting hardware/software issues Strong communication skills with the ability to clearly explain technical issues to non-technical users Demonstrated analysis skills for diagnosing problems efficiently and effectively
