The IT Support Specialist will be responsible for providing technical support and assistance to our employees, ensuring that all technology systems and equipment are functioning properly and efficiently. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in IT support and a passion for providing exceptional customer service.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide technical support to employees for all hardware and software related issues Maintain and update IT inventory and documentation Assist with network and server maintenance and upgrades Train employees on how to use new hardware and software Collaborate with other IT team members to improve processes and systems Stay up-to-date with the latest technology trends and advancements Provide excellent customer service and support to all employees
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field 2+ years of experience in IT support Strong knowledge of computer hardware, software, and networking systems Experience with Windows and Mac operating systems Experience with Active Directory, Microsoft Exchange, and Office 365 Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills Strong communication and interpersonal skills
