Job Description:
IT Support Specialist I The Office of the Circuit Executive for the Fifth Circuit in New Orleans is seeking qualified applicants for the position of IT Support Specialist I. The incumbent reports to the IT Support Supervisor and provides technical and end-user support to judges' chambers and court units of the Fifth Circuit Court of Appeals. The incumbent supports all end-user software and hardware, including, but not limited to, laptops, PCs, thin clients, virtual desktops, printers, MFPs/copiers, wired and wireless telephones, and audio/video conference equipment. Bachelor's degree in a related field or a minimum of two years of equivalent experience demonstrating computer support skills relevant to duties required. Classification Level CL-27 ($59,732 - $97,098) with promotion potential to a CL-28. Starting salary is commensurate with qualifications and experience.
