Job Description

The Technology Support Specialist (TSS) is primarily responsible for providing networking, hardware, and software support in a PreK to Grade 12 school environment. The TSS will address day-to-day issues that occur in a one-to-one technology environment. Diagnosing and repairing Chromebooks Troubleshooting technology issues Addressing help desk tickets to support the school environment Setting up and installing new technologies (as necessary) Assisting with set up for school presentations Other duties as assigned by the Director of Technology Assist with setting up presentations Work with wireless technologies Provide staff, teachers, and students with technical support with educational applications.
