Job Description

Job Summary:
Provide software, hardware, and network support to internal users. Responsibilities include troubleshooting technical issues, assisting with software installations and configurations, as well as participating in documenting processes related to the
IT Department Essential Functions:
Equipment and software installation Equipment and technical troubleshooting Process documentation Assist in maintaining and generating IT metrics and dashboards
Required Skills:
Demonstrated ability to assist with computer, software and technical troubleshooting Windows MS Office 365,
