This role involves desktop support, IMAC activities, troubleshooting hardware/software issues, supporting network devices, kiosks, display systems, peripherals, and other IT equipment.
Requirements:
- 2-5 years of IT/Desktop Support experience
- Strong troubleshooting skills for hardware/software issues
- Knowledge of Windows, MS Office, Outlook, and peripherals
- Experience with network/server support preferred
- A+ Certification highly preferred Excellent communication skills
Additional Info:
- Travel to nearby airports may be required
- Occasional overnight travel, weekend, and off-hours support required
