Job Description:
Job Responsibilities Image and install software on Windows and Apple laptops/desktops, including iMac systems (installations, moves, additions, and changes).
Provide remote desktop support and troubleshoot post-deployment issues across Windows, macOS, and mobile devices.
Perform printer installation, configuration, and break-fix support.
Handle hardware disposal, redeployment, and asset reclaim activities.
Coordinate shipping and logistics for IT equipment.
Support data backup and data recovery coordination.
Manage hardware refresh activities and lifecycle support.
Coordinate warranty and out-of-warranty repair/replacement services.
Provide depot services and walk-up/desk-side support.
Maintain spare parts inventory and hardware stock management.
Perform Level 1 troubleshooting for VDI environments.
Deliver Executive/VIP support with high service standards.
Support audio/video conferencing systems and conduct regular health checks.
Manage inventory and asset management operations, including depot activities.
Coordinate with external vendors and suppliers for dispatch and repair support.
Identify and resolve hardware, software, and application conflicts.
Open, track, update, and close service requests/incidents within SLA timelines.
Perform asset tagging and maintain accurate records in the asset management system.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to onboard new hires and provision IT equipment.
Ensure hardware assignments are accurately updated in management systems.
Provide weekly inventory reports, including stock counts and hardware outflow tracking.
Schedule and coordinate repairs for damaged or malfunctioning hardware with external suppliers.
