Job Description
Hands-on background providing technical support services in enterprise environments, with healthcare domain exposure considered highly valuable. Proven ability to manage and troubleshoot cloud-hosted and browser-based business applications used across multiple operational teams. Working knowledge of IT service management platforms for incident tracking, request handling, escalation management, and user support workflows. Strong analytical approach to diagnosing system issues, documenting resolutions, and maintaining accurate technical records and support procedures. Capable of explaining technical concepts in a clear, user-friendly manner while supporting clinical, administrative, and non-technical personnel. Prior involvement supporting electronic medical records or healthcare information systems is required. Exposure to electronic prescription management solutions or similar healthcare-integrated prescribing platforms is considered an added advantage.
