Interview:
In-Person JD•Minimum requirements 3+ years of relevant experience Hands-on experience with: Active Directory (security groups, file share permissions), Microsoft 365 (Exchange mailbox/calendar/distribution group admin, MFA, SharePoint, Teams), ServiceNow ticketing, Windows + Office, VPN/remote access support, remote desktop control tools Core responsibilities End-user troubleshooting (software + hardware); user onboarding/offboarding (AD, email, application, VPN account provisioning and disabling); M365 mailbox, shared calendar, and distribution group setup with permissions; ServiceNow ticket triage and assignment; remote/VPN support and training;
