Position OverviewAs a Helpdesk Support Specialist, you will serve as the first point of contact for IT support across the organization. You are the face of ITresponsible for delivering responsive, high-quality support and ensuring a positive end-user experience.
You will deploy hardware, troubleshoot technical issues, and support a range of systems including Microsoft 365, Windows endpoints, and mobile deviceswhile learning from an experienced IT team.
Key ResponsibilitiesDeliver exceptional customer service to internal users across multiple officesRespond to support requests via in-person, phone, and Microsoft Teams channelsDeploy and configure new PCs using automated imaging and provisioning toolsTroubleshoot hardware, software, and peripheral issues on Windows 11 devicesSupport Microsoft 365 environment (Outlook, Teams, OneDrive, SharePoint basics)Reset passwords and assist users with MFA enrollment and troubleshootingMaintain asset inventory and support device lifecycle managementDiagnose and resolve basic network connectivity issues (LAN/WiFi/VPN)Support mobile devices (iOS and Android) including email and Teams accessEscalate complex issues to senior IT staff with proper documentationFollow up with users to ensure timely and complete resolutionParticipate in after-hours on-call rotationQualifications & Skills3+ years of helpdesk or desktop support experience in a mid-sized environmentStrong knowledge of Windows 11 and basic Active Directory administrationExperience with Microsoft 365 (Outlook, Teams, Office apps)Familiarity with remote support tools and ticketing systemsBasic networking knowledge (IP addressing, DNS, DHCP, VPN concepts)Experience supporting laptops and common peripheralsStrong communication skills with a customer-first mindsetNice to HaveExperience in engineering or architecture environmentsExposure to AutoCAD and/or RevitFamiliarity with endpoint management tools (Intune, imaging tools, etc.)Certifications such as CompTIA A+, Network+, or Microsoft certificationsAdditional RequirementsAbility to lift and transport IT equipment (typically up to 25 lbs)Ability to work onsite 4 days per weekWillingness to learn and grow within the IT organization

The total compensation that we expect to pay for this position is dependent on years of experience, licensure, education, geographic location, and project portfolio but expected to be in the $24/hr to $26/hr range.
