Application Support Engineer Location:

Boston, MA -Hybrid Key Responsibilities Design, develop, test, and maintain applications using C# and .NET technologies. Develop and optimize SQL queries, stored procedures, views, and database objects. Integrate third-party and internal systems using REST and SOAP APIs. Troubleshoot application issues and provide timely production support. Monitor application performance and resolve incidents within SLA timelines. Create and maintain technical documentation for applications and integrations. Collaborate with business analysts, QA teams, and stakeholders to gather requirements and implement solutions. Develop and maintain reports using Tableau, Crystal Reports, or similar reporting tools. Participate in code reviews and follow best practices for software development. Manage source code using Git/GitHub and support CI/CD processes. Perform root cause analysis for production issues and implement preventive measures. Required Skills Strong experience in C# and .NET Framework/.NET Core . Proficiency in SQL Server and database design concepts. Hands-on experience with RESTful APIs and SOAP Web Services . Experience with Git/GitHub for version control. Knowledge of Tableau , Crystal Reports , or similar reporting tools. Strong troubleshooting and production support experience. Understanding of software development lifecycle (SDLC) and Agile methodologies. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
