$85•100k Base Salary A global investment firm is hiring a Senior IT Support Engineer to lead L2/L3 support in their Boston office.

This is a hands-on role focused on escalations, mentoring junior engineers, and driving automation and process improvements while supporting senior internal stakeholders.

Your background:

5+ years' IT support experience Experience with M365, Windows 10/11, Azure AD / Intune Experience Scripting (PowerShell preferred) Experience with AV / conference room support Experience with networking basics (VPN, DNS, DHCP) The work you'll be doing: L2/L3 deskside + remote support Act as escalation point + mentor junior staff Own automation + process improvements Onboarding/offboarding, device + access setup Support AV, M365, and endpoint environments Partner with global team (London)
