IT Support Specialist - Co-op

Responsibilities:

The IT Support Specialist Intern will be under the general supervision of the IT Support Specialist Supervisor.

Responsibilities include:

Level 1 ServiceDesk troubleshooting. Assist with client deployment and workstation configuration. IT inventory management. IT data entry Support additional IT managed projects

Basic Troubleshooting Hardware Support Skills Computer information systems basics Documentation and communication skills Familiarity with

Microsoft Office Suite Education/Experience:

Current high school enrollment in Computer Information Systems.
