Assist with IT Asset Management (ITAM) processes and maintain accurate asset lifecycle tracking and configuration data. Coordinate and perform issue resolution activities through various support channels. Diagnose and troubleshoot hardware, software, access, and endpoint-related issues. Maintain positive working relationships with IT teams and business stakeholders. Ensure accurate documentation and updates for all incidents and requests within ticketing systems. Qualifications of the
IT Support Technician:
Basic troubleshooting knowledge for Windows and macOS operating systems. Familiarity with Microsoft Office and standard enterprise productivity tools. Strong customer service and interpersonal communication skills. Ability to work effectively in a team environment. Associate degree preferred or equivalent relevant experience.
