IT Responsibilities:
Provide Tier 1-2 support for desktops, laptops, mobile devices and peripherals. Manage user accounts, permissions, and security groups in Microsoft AD and Microsoft 365 Admin Center. Support, maintain, and troubleshoot SharePoint sites, libraries, and workflows. Basic troubleshooting knowledge of iPads, iPhones, laptops, desktops, Microsoft Windows, and Office 365 applications. Assist with onboarding new users, ensuring new users have a seamless IT experience from day one Assist with software and hardware upgrades and deployments Maintain accurate records of technical support requests and resolutions in a Support Desk ticketing system Stay informed about emerging technologies and trends in end-user support and customer service best practices Associate degree or equivalent in information technology or a related field is preferred. Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in IT support or a similar role. Proficiency in computer hardware, software, and operating systems. Hands-on experience with SharePoint 365 administration and troubleshooting. Strong knowledge of Active Directory and IT service management tools. Excellent communication and customer service skills. Proven problem-solving and analytical abilities. Technical certifications such as CompTIA A+ or Microsoft certifications are a plus.
