Job Description

We are looking for a skilled Help Desk Analyst to cover a leave at our client south of Boston.
IT Responsibilities:
Provide Tier 1-2 support for desktops, laptops, mobile devices and peripherals.

Manage user accounts, permissions, and security groups in Microsoft AD and Microsoft 365 Admin Center.

Support, maintain, and troubleshoot SharePoint sites, libraries, and workflows.

Basic troubleshooting knowledge of iPads, iPhones, laptops, desktops, Microsoft Windows, and Office 365 applications.

Assist with onboarding new users, ensuring new users have a seamless IT experience from day oneAssist with software and hardware upgrades and deploymentsMaintain accurate records of technical support requests and resolutions in a Support Desk ticketing systemStay informed about emerging technologies and trends in end-user support and customer service best practices
