End‑User Support & Supervision Supervise and support a small technical support team Provide escalation‑level support for end‑user hardware, software, and access issues Ensure consistent service delivery and adherence to IT support procedures Assist with onboarding and daily support needs for staff Endpoint & Mobile Device Management Implement, manage, and support Microsoft Intune for endpoint management Administer cell phone and mobile device management (MDM) environments Support device provisioning, security settings, policies, and troubleshooting Assist with Microsoft 365 user and device support activities Network & Hardware Support Perform basic network hardware tasks , including connecting and installing equipment Work under the direction of the Network team for all network‑related configurations Assist with workstation setups, peripherals, and physical IT infrastructure as needed IT Operations & Documentation Document procedures, configurations, and support activities Assist with IT projects and operational improvements Collaborate with internal IT teams to maintain consistent standards and workflows What we need in a
Technical Support Supervisor:
2–5 years of technical support supervisory experience Hands‑on experience with Microsoft Intune implementation and support Strong experience managing cell phones and mobile devices through MDM solutions Familiarity with network hardware (connecting equipment under Network team direction) Ability to work onsite full‑time in Springfield, MA Strong communication, organization, and customer‑service skills
