Desktop Support Technician

Desktop Support Technician (Onsite / Field Support) We're hiring a Desktop Support Technician to join a growing IT services team delivering hands-on, high-quality support to end users in a fast-paced environment. If you enjoy being the go-to tech expert, solving problems onsite, and working directly with customers, this role is for you. What You'll Be Doing Provide onsite desktop and field support for end users Troubleshoot hardware, software, and connectivity issues Deploy, image, and configure laptops, desktops, printers, monitors, phones, and peripherals Support Windows operating systems and approved applications Assist with new user setups, password resets, and device onboarding Diagnose performance issues and network slowness Manage updates and respond to system alerts Participate in rotating on-call coverage, including evenings/weekends Clearly communicate technical solutions to non-technical users Required Qualifications 3+ years of hands-on desktop or field support experience 3+ years supporting hardware break/fix and Windows imaging Networking and connectivity troubleshooting experience Excellent customer-facing, communication, and organizational skills Ability to multitask and remain calm under pressure Nice to Have Windows 10 experience Device migration and deployment projects Exposure to cloud technologies Why Join Us? Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $25.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
