Job Description

TEC Connections Academy is seeking an enthusiastic and reliable IT Support Technician to join our team. This role will work closely with the Coordinator of Technology to support staff and students at our Walpole location.
Key Qualifications & Responsibilities:
-Experience with Google Workspace administration and support-Proficiency with Windows OS and common office productivity suites-Install, configure, and maintain computer hardware, software, and peripherals-Diagnose and resolve hardware and software issues for end-users-Respond to support tickets and inquiries via phone, email, or chat-Provide clear, step-by-step guidance to users on new software and hardware-Assist with system upgrades, equipment moves, and device replacements-Strong communication and customer service abilities-Solid organizational skills and attention to detail-Support district data management & entryTypical Tasks Include-Managing HP warranty and repair requests-Performing Microsoft and Google account maintenance-Imaging laptops via Microsoft Intune-Shipping and receiving equipment-Updating and maintaining a detailed inventory-Troubleshooting hardware, software, audio, and video issues.
