Key Responsibilities Deliver expert technical support to Field Service Engineers (FSEs), customers, and distributors Serve as a subject matter expert (SME) on SOTAX instrumentation and services Deliver technical training for FSEs to drive product knowledge and operational excellence Occasional field service support across the Northeast U.S., maintaining high customer satisfaction Respond to escalated customer issues, contributing to effective crisis management and resolution Support on-site Application and GMP laboratories by performing routine PM and Qualification Refurbish used SOTAX instruments to support resale readiness and product lifecycle optimization Support quality control (QC) testing for instruments manufactured on-site Utilize ERP system to manage service workflows, documentation, and technical service processes Manage traceable calibration instrument inventory and recertification process Qualifications Bilingual English/Spanish capabilities desired HPLC, GC, a nd other Analytical Instrument Service or Troubleshooting skills are a plus Proactive, self-motivated professional with strong independent work habits and initiative Exceptional communication and customer service skills across phone, email, and in-person interactions Familiarity with Good Documentation Practices (GDP) within the pharmaceutical industry is highly desirable Advanced electro-mechanical troubleshooting, diagnostic, and repair expertise Hands-on experience with laboratory or production instrumentation and automation systems Strong organizational, planning , and project management capabilities with attention to detail Willingness and ability to travel overnight as needed Bachelor's degree in Chemistry, Electromechanical Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent hands-on experience) Apply today!
