Experience with multiple technical architectures/platforms, multiple programming languages, database analysis, and unit/system test plan development and execution. Ability to work in both a team environment and independently. Ability to take detailed business requirements or functional specifications and create technical application design specifications. Emphasis on problem solving capabilities. Ability to multi-task required. Extensive experience in the financial services industry and application development is desired. Experience should include exposure to multiple business lines within investment management firms, global custodian banks, brokerage firms, and/or investment product software companies. Understanding of and experience working throughout project life cycle. Understanding of and exposure to systems development and production implementation. Ability to work in a complex, dynamic and fast-changing environment. Strong organizational and team interaction skills. Self-starter, flexible-problem solver with the ability to understand, technically design, and build applications per identified business requirements and functional specifications. Ability to interact with associates at all levels of the organization.
