Job Description

We are seeking a dependable, hands-on Desktop Support to support a fast-paced hardware refresh initiative. You will image, configure, and deploy new Dell laptops, desktops, and workstations, providing direct, face-to-face support to professional end-users.
Position Overview Role:
PC/Laptop Imaging & Deployment Technician Location:
Annapolis, MD 21401
Work Arrangement:
100% Onsite (40 hours/week)
Interview Process:
Strict In-Person Interview Only Key Requirements (3+ Years Experience)
Imaging & OS:
Direct experience imaging PCs using
MDT, SCCM/MECM
, or similar deployment tools, along with Windows 10/11 troubleshooting.
Dell Hardware:
Experience configuring, deploying, and swapping Dell desktops, laptops, and peripherals.
Basic Networking:
Confident with domain joining, VPN setup, network drives, and printer configuration.
Logistics & Mobility:
Valid driver's license with a clean driving record (a fleet vehicle is provided for travel between deployment sites).
Physical Ability:
Able to safely lift and move equipment weighing up to 50 lbs .
Soft Skills:
Top-tier customer service skills to support non-technical users through the upgrade process. Highly Desired (Stand Out from the Crowd) CompTIA A+ or equivalent certification. Experience with Active Directory, BitLocker, or Dell Command tools. Experience using enterprise ticketing systems (ServiceNow, Jira, etc.).
