• Must Haves Hardware / Software troubleshooting and support Windows 11 Reliable transportation that can be used for work ( Site to site mileage reimbursed) Top Skills' Details PC Refresh General IMAC PC Support Windows 11 & ServiceNow Support 6 months Windows 11 Support 6 months General Deskside or PC Refresh Support (Geek Squad/Retail IT PC Support experience is fine) Customer Service Experience Must be or willing to get fully vaccinated per client requirements Service now documentation experience is a huge bonus Job Description o Incidents•Software break/fix o IMACs•Installation of software, machine upgrades, etc.

o Refresh o Support peripherals for scanning paper and ID cards, barcode scanners, credit card readers, label printers, signature pads, Dragon dictation microphones, and RFID readers o Basic experience with Active Directory o Experience with Windows 10 and Microsoft Office o Experience with Deskside support in a hospital environment a plus o Experience with ServiceNow
