Job Description
IT Specialist Hagerstown This is a FT Direct Hire role $55K-$85K We're looking for a hands-on, solutions-driven IT Specialist to join a growing team and play a key role in day-to-day technology operations. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced IT professional who enjoys troubleshooting, supporting users, and working across a broad tech stack—while building toward future leadership. What you'll do: Provide front-line support for hardware, software, and network issues (remote & onsite support) Manage user accounts and security within Active Directory Deploy and configure workstations, support onboarding, and maintain systems Troubleshoot production issues and drive timely resolutions Assist with system upgrades, maintenance, and continuous improvement initiatives Well qualified candidates will bring: 3+ years of related experience Strong experience with Windows 10/11, O365, Active Directory, and Group Policy Working knowledge of Windows Server (2016-2022) and networking (LAN/WAN) Solid troubleshooting skills with a proactive, customer-focused mindset Familiarity with VMware/Scale Computing, VoIP, or SQL is a plus Certifications (A+, Network+, Security+) preferred This position comes with: Competitive salary of $55K-$85K Health, Dental, Vision & Life Insurance Matching 401-K, PTO, holidays and a Flexible Spending Account Broad exposure to infrastructure, systems, and projects Collaborative team environment If you're adaptable, detail-oriented, and eager to make an impact, this role offers the chance to level up your IT career.
