Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Relationship Support Specialist to join our team in Owings Mills, Maryland. This long-term contract position offers an excellent opportunity to provide exceptional customer service while utilizing your technical expertise to handle user management requests and resolve issues efficiently. You will play a key role in supporting users, managing tickets, and ensuring smooth technical operations.
Responsibilities:
  • Respond promptly to user inquiries, addressing basic customer support needs such as password resets and account updates.
  • Utilize documentation to research and resolve user issues effectively.
  • Collaborate with the product and customer support teams to gain a thorough understanding of processes and tools.
  • Manage inbound and outbound calls to assist users with technical and account-related concerns.
  • Operate within a ticketing system to track and resolve user requests.
  • Maintain accurate records of user interactions and solutions provided.
  • Participate in technology training to enhance your ability to handle user requests and tickets.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with users to ensure satisfaction and trust.
  • Use Microsoft Office tools such as Teams, Excel, and Outlook to streamline communication and reporting.
  • Support team members during onboarding and training processes.
