The Helpdesk Technician I serves as the primary point of contact for the helpdesk, offering support to end users on a range of technical issues. This role involves Identifying, researching, and resolving technical problems. Key responsibilities include responding to support requests via phone, messaging, email and in person interactions. The technician also provides entry-level remote jobsite support, including rack setup, rack decommissioning, rack delivery, and health checks. They document, track, and monitor issues to ensure timely resolutions. Utilizing experience and judgment, the technician plans and accomplishes a range of tasks and projects.

IT Manager Must be a U.S. Citizen Required Education HS Diploma Required Experience A minimum of six (6) months of Helpdesk or IT support experience is required (experience can include internship or student work experience). Preferred Education and Experience A+ Certification Degree in Computer Science or related program Required Knowledge, Skills & Abilities Strong organizational, communication, interpersonal and analytical skills Excellent customer service skills Strong attention to detail Ability to communicate clearly and effectively to co-workers with a wide range of technological skill levels Ability to work collaboratively with other team members Ability to work effectively with all levels of the organization Strong problem-solving skills including the ability to research possible solutions Eager to learn and offer innovative solutions to the IT team Security Clearance Must be a US Citizen Must be able to obtain clearance access to jobsites
