POSITION SUMMARY
The IT Support Assistant provides first level of support for IT related questions and requests. This individual serves as a member of the IT team to install, secure, maintain and update the company's IT assets. This position reports to our Director of
IT. PRIMARY ACCOUNTABILITIES

  • Works on solving IT problems or configurations. Operational Excellence
  • Troubleshoots malfunctioning units using efficient problem-solving techniques and departmental procedures. Relationships
  • Develops and maintains favorable internal relationships, partnerships with co-workers, including managers, nursing staff, physicians and business office staff.
  • Develops and maintains favorable external relationships with vendors, contractors, and related resources. Leadership & Stewardship
  • Ensures all actions, job performance, personal conduct and communications represent the organization in a highly professional manner at all times.
  • Upholds and ensures compliance and attention to all corporate policies and procedures as well as the overall mission and values of the organization.
PRIMARY TASKS AND DUTIES
  • Respond to staff issues and requests.
  • Review, remedy, and update tickets.
  • Work with IT Director and other IT team members to solve problems.
  • Troubleshoot issues and use problem solving techniques and departmental procedures.
  • Develop and maintain favorable internal relations and partnerships with co-workers and company staff.
  • Ensure all actions, job performance, personal conduct, and communications always represent the organization in a highly professional manner.
  • Upholds and ensures compliance and attention to all corporate policies and procedures as well as the overall mission and values of the organization.
  • Respond to help desk requests.
  • Complete all required documentation.
  • Assist with IT asset management.
  • Setup and deploy computer, peripherals, and accessories.
  • All other duties as assigned.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS/KEY COMPETENCIES
Be able to work effectively and communicate with employees of all levels both in person and on the phone. Be able to maintain, install, and troubleshoot hardware and software. Help resolve general IT problems for staff.
POSITION REQUIREMENTS
Education High School diploma or GED Experience
  • Customer service skills
  • Knowledge of hardware and software.
Training and certifications in IT preferred. Additional requirements Have a valid driver's license with a clean driving record Be able to carry 50lbs of computer equipment
Pay:
$19.00
