Job Summary We are seeking a proactive and energetic IT Field Support Technician to join our team. In this role, you will provide technical assistance and support related to computer systems, cloud services, hardware, and software. IT Field Support Technicians operate and maintain computer systems and networks to ensure End-Users receive effective IT Services. Responsibilities Serving as the first point of contact for IT support for WSSC Depot Installing, configuring, and maintaining software and hardware components of computer and network systems Diagnosing and troubleshooting software and hardware issues Repairing and replacing damaged computer and network components Ensuring the security of clients and server computers by installing and upgrading antivirus and firewall software Supporting people whenever they encounter challenges with computers and network devices Maintaining and updating technical documentation regularly Testing new hardware and software before full-scale installation
Requirements Education:
High School degree or equivalent; an associate's degree preferred
General Experience :
2 years
Specialized Experience:
Experienced in
Active Directory, Windows OS, SCCM, and SITIL Methodologies Skillset:
Computer Hardware Repair:
