05/25/2026•09/28/2026 About the Role Join IHA , one of Michigan's leading multi-specialty healthcare organizations, as a Service Desk Analyst I . In this role, you'll serve as the first point of contact for IT support , helping end-users resolve hardware and software issues quickly and effectively. This is an excellent opportunity for early-career IT professionals looking to gain hands-on experience in a fast-paced healthcare environment . What You'll Do Serve as the primary support contact for IT-related issues (phone, email, ticketing system) Troubleshoot hardware, software, and access issues Support users with: Microsoft Windows environments Active Directory account management Citrix/XenApp applications Microsoft 365 tools (Outlook, Teams, etc.) Ask targeted questions to diagnose and resolve issues efficiently Document all interactions in a ticketing system Provide clear guidance and education to end-users Maintain a high level of customer service and professionalism Participate in rotating on-call/off-hours support Required Qualifications Associate's degree or higher 1+ year of IT Help Desk / Service Desk experience Hands-on experience with: Microsoft Windows OS Active Directory Citrix (XenApp or similar) Experience with Microsoft Office / Microsoft 365 or Azure Strong communication and troubleshooting skills Preferred Qualifications CompTIA A+ or Microsoft MTA certification Experience in healthcare or high-volume support environments Familiarity with video conferencing tools (Teams, Zoom) Why Join IHA? Pay:
