• Key Responsibilities:

• Utilize Microsoft SQL Server and SQL Reporting Services in Visual Studio to support data reporting and analysis.
• Perform basic IT troubleshooting within a domain environment, ensuring timely resolution of issues.
• Create and maintain documentation for processes and procedures.
• Collaborate with team members to establish priorities and manage workloads effectively.
• Provide excellent support to internal and external stakeholders through clear communication.

• Qualifications:

• Minimum 1 year of experience with Microsoft SQL Server and SQL Reporting Services utilizing Visual Studio.
• Minimum 1 year of basic IT troubleshooting skills within a domain environment.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to understand and establish priorities.
