The IT Support Specialist will be responsible for providing technical support and assistance to our employees and ensuring the smooth operation of our IT systems.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide technical support and troubleshooting for hardware, software, and network issues Install and configure computer systems, software, and peripherals Maintain and update IT inventory and documentation Monitor and maintain network security and backup systems Respond to help desk tickets and resolve issues in a timely manner Collaborate with IT team members to implement new technology solutions Train employees on new software and systems as needed Research and recommend new technology solutions to improve efficiency and productivity Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and advancements in IT and make recommendations for improvement
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field Excellent knowledge of Windows and Mac operating systems Experience with network security and backup systems Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills Ability to work independently and in a team environment Excellent communication and customer service skills
