Tabletop Support Technicians

Description Implementing a new platform—including Timekeeping, Advanced Scheduling, Leave Management, and Labor Productivity. TEKsystems will deliver in-person, helpdesk-style teams, AKA Tabletop Support. These Tabletop Support teams will support the Go-Live by providing in-person and one-on-one support to team members, focusing on creating more awareness and adoption. This support deployment will span a 30-day period surrounding the Go-Live event. They are expected to work in 4- or 8-hour shifts onsite. This is a heavy customer service role onsite. Must present well, have exceptional communication skills and be reliable.
