Job Description:
Knowledge of computer operations, network infrastructure including TCP/IP addressing, routing, and subnet theory, client/server configurations, knowledge of Microsoft domain environments and Active Directory, understanding with current Windows operating systems, and support for Apple OSX (iOS, iPadOS, MacOS). Knowledge of IT system management software, databases, RMM, web-based applications, security applications/software, scripting, SIP (session initian protocol), RTP (real-time transport protocol, VoIP protocols, various VoIP codes, 8x8 Administration, and cellular technology. Skill in documentation, analytics, and communication.
