This position will be focused on the following: Communicating with clients through phone and email Basic O365 troubleshooting Basic application troubleshooting Basic Active Directory support Windows OS support Mac OS Support Basic computer and peripheral setups Basic onsite hardware installs Basic hardware troubleshooting
Desired Skills:
Relevant tech experience a plus Proficient written and oral communication Detail oriented Self-starter Customer service experience Ability to adapt to a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks
