Job Description

T.H.C. is a modern wellness company dedicated to empowering patients to confidently improve their well-being through cannabis. Our goal is to provide the Michigan marketplace with a growing portfolio of high-quality, branded cannabis products that are safe, reliable and trustworthy. T.H.C. has state-of-the-art integrated operations in Grand Rapids, Michigan, to grow, harvest, process, provision and package the highest quality premium medical cannabis product to allow patients to make the right choice with trust, dependability, consistency and care.
SCHEDULE
20-25 hours per week, with a flexible schedule. This is an on-site role.
Position Summary:
The IT Support Technician will provide T.H.C. employees with the first level of support for all technology-related issues with hardware, software, peripherals, and the network. The Technician will escalate more involved issues to second-level support when necessary.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
Support basic IT infrastructure and T.H.C. network Provide employees with technical assistance with computer hardware and software Set up, optimize, and maintain desktop and laptop computer systems Install operating system software, patches, and upgrades Migrate applications and data to new computers Track internal customer issues and resolutions Administer Active Directory domain including managing users, shares, printers, and workstations Administer Office 365 license and accounts Install and maintain computer peripherals Implement basic data backup and recovery Other duties as assigned Minimum 2-year college degree in a technical discipline (ie: networking, computer science) or equivalent experience is required 2+ years IT help desk or PC support experience required A+ or similar certification is preferred Knowledge of and experience working with Windows 11, iOS, and Android is required Office 365 administration experience required Knowledge of and experience working with servers, desktops, laptops, smartphones, and networking equipment is required Active Directory administration experience is strongly preferred A customer service orientation and ability to build rapport with internal customers is necessary Strong troubleshooting and critical thinking skills Planning and organizing skills It's our privilege at THC to do what we love, and we take our mission to deliver the highest-quality cannabis products seriously.
