Milan Area Schools is seeking a Technical Support Specialist to provide onsite end-user support across district buildings, including classroom technology troubleshooting, device repair, and Google Workspace administration. The role supports a wide range of systems such as online curriculum platforms, assessment tools, and various data and learning management systems. Candidates should have a technology-related associate degree or equivalent experience, along with strong knowledge of LAN infrastructure, device deployment, and desktop support across Mac, iOS, Chrome, and Windows environments. The position requires strong communication, customer service, and project-management skills, with the ability to train staff and collaborate effectively within a team.
