Technical Support Specialist

The role supports a wide range of systems such as online curriculum platforms, assessment tools, and various data and learning management systems. Candidates should have a technology-related associate degree or equivalent experience, along with strong knowledge of LAN infrastructure, device deployment, and desktop support across Mac, iOS, Chrome, and Windows environments.
