Job Description
Position OverviewWe are seeking a detail-orientedIT Support Technicianto support both office and manufacturing environments. This role requires strong troubleshooting skills, the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently, and a commitment to delivering timely, accurate support.
Key ResponsibilitiesRespond to IT user requests and resolve incidents across office and plant environments.
Provide desktop, laptop, and mobile phone support.
Support plant operations by participating in IT-related project activities.
Image, configure, and deliver new computers to users.
Monitor infrastructure needs and reporting to the central team.
Manage backup tape changes and ensure proper data handling.
Troubleshoot connectivity issues and support complex manufacturing applications, including hardwired/wireless connections and Windows server shared folder permissions.
Troubleshoot Cisco AnyConnect client issues.
Coordinate with vendors and contractors for project-related work.
QualificationsBachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
Minimum 3 years of IT Support experience.
Experience inmanufacturing or industrial environmentsis a plus.
Strong knowledge of Microsoft 365 tools and troubleshooting.
Proficiency in diagnosing and resolving hardware and software issues.
Understanding of networking principles and protocols.
General knowledge of manufacturing-specific applications and systems, preferred.
Familiarity with industrial automation systems and equipment, a plus.#LI-DNI
