Help Desk/Cloud Support Representative

Bullfrog is an internet phone company that provides Cisco hosted phone service and network support for small and medium sized businesses across the country. We are looking for a person that is hungry to learn, great with people, has good communication skills, attention to detail, experience working on a help desk or call center, and who can operate well on a team.
