The Field Technical Support Technician provides advanced hardware expertise and technical support to field technicians. This role focuses on diagnostics, repair guidance, training support, and continuous improvement of field service capabilities. This position reports to the Field Technical Support & Training Manager. Key Responsibilities Hardware Diagnostics & Support Diagnose complex mechanical and electronic failures Support advanced parts replacement and repairs Validate equipment readiness and functionality Field Technical Support Provide technical guidance to field technicians Assist with complex repair scenarios Support troubleshooting and resolution planning Training & Knowledge Transfer Support technician onboarding and skills development Assist with hands-on labs and training sessions Mentor technicians Documentation & Knowledge Management Maintain hardware repair guides and playbooks Capture field best practices and lessons learned Update technical reference materials Quality & Improvement Participate in root cause analysis Support quality assurance initiatives Recommend process and technical improvements Qualifications Bachelor's degree or equivalent technical experience preferred 5+ years of ATM/ITM field service experience Strong hardware diagnostic skills Strong problem-solving and communication skills
