IT / OT Specialist - Elk River Municipal Utilities

Elk River Municipal Utilities is looking for an IT/OT Specialist to support the technology systems that keep our community's utility services running. Working alongside our IT/OT Systems & Network Administrator, this position will: Troubleshoot and resolve hardware, software, and network issues for end users and IT/OT systems; Support end users with installations. configurations, account management, and equipment setup; Assist with network, server, and endpoint maintenance including patching and lifecycle tasks; Support OT platforms including SCADA, AMI, and GIS/mapping systems; Help maintain cybersecurity controls, asset inventory, and documentation; and Assist with IT/OT projects, system deployments, and process improvements.
