Job Description

We're seeking a motivated and detail-oriented IT Specialist to join our growing team. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys problem-solving, working with technology, and helping keep systems running efficiently in a fast-paced business environment. As an IT Specialist, you'll support daily technical operations, troubleshoot hardware and software issues, assist with system maintenance, and help improve overall technology performance across the organization. Responsibilities Provide technical support for hardware, software, printers, and network-related issues Troubleshoot and resolve system, login, and connectivity problems Install, configure, and maintain computers, devices, and software applications Assist with onboarding and setup for new employees Monitor system performance and escalate issues when necessary Support data management, security procedures, and system updates Maintain accurate records of technical issues and resolutions Collaborate with internal teams to improve operational efficiency and technology processes Qualifications Strong problem-solving and analytical skills Excellent communication and organizational abilities Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities Basic understanding of computer systems, networking, and troubleshooting Experience with Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, or CRM systems is a plus Associate or Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field preferred Previous technical support or IT experience is a plus, but training may be provided for the right candidate What We Offer Paid training and hands-on experience Opportunities for professional growth and advancement Supportive and collaborative team environment Exposure to multiple areas of business technology and operations Consistent schedule and ongoing development opportunities
Pay:
$29.67 - $35.73 per hour
