Job Description

Job Summary We are seeking a skilled Computer/Network Technician II to install, maintain, and troubleshoot computer systems, network equipment, and related technology. This position supports both Windows and Apple environments and handles more complex network and infrastructure issues. The Technician II also serves as a technical resource for junior staff and other departments. Key Responsibilities Install, configure, maintain, and repair PC and Apple computers, peripherals, and software Troubleshoot and resolve hardware, software, and network issues (LAN/WAN) Install and maintain network infrastructure including routers, switches, firewalls, and cabling Perform system upgrades, operating system installations, and software patching Diagnose and repair computer and network equipment to minimize downtime Maintain system security, perform virus scans, and manage backups and data recovery Assist users with technical issues and provide basic training as needed Document work performed and maintain accurate service records Support network cabling projects and basic server installations Perform other related duties as assigned
  • Qualifications Bachelors Degree Preferred; 2 Year Technical Trade at minimum Experience supporting Windows and/or macOS systems Working knowledge of computer hardware, peripherals, and software installation Experience with local area networking; WAN experience a plus Ability to troubleshoot complex, non-routine technical issues Strong communication and customer service skills Valid driver's license with a clean driving record Ability to obtain CompTIA A+ and Network+ certifications within 90 days of hire Physical Requirements Ability to lift and move equipment up to 50 lbs (occasionally up to 70 lbs) Ability to stand, walk, bend, and work with tools and equipment as needed Why Join Us Hands-on technical role with varied daily challenges Opportunity to work with modern systems and network infrastructure Supportive team environment with growth opportunities Enjoy seeing end results of your work and really feeling like you are making a difference?
