Job Description
IT Help Desk Technician CoBeck Construction was started in 2012 and is a partnership formed from a vision, shared values and friendship. We've built a general contracting business with a solid foundation to get the job done. 85% of our business is derived from existing or referral client relationships. Summary Are you the person everyone turns to when their tech won't cooperate? Do you thrive on solving problems, helping people, and making technology actually work ? If so, we want you on our team. What you'll do You'll be the go-to tech expert—solving problems fast and keeping our team productive. Provide day-to-day IT support for office and field staff Knowledge of cloud-based user management Troubleshoot laptops, mobile devices, printers, and job site tech Set up and maintain equipment for new hires and project teams Support cloud tools like Microsoft 365, email, and file sharing Help maintain reliable internet and connectivity Manage user accounts, passwords, and access permissions Track and document issues using our ticketing system Partner with vendors and escalate complex issues when needed Requirements and Qualifications • Experience in IT support or help desk environments • Degree or IT certifications (CompTIA A+, Network+, etc.) Strong troubleshooting skills—you fix problems others can't Comfortable working with both office systems and field technology Clear communicator—you can explain tech to non-tech users Organized and self-motivated—you don't wait to be told what's broken Positive, can-do attitude with a strong customer service mindset Physical Requirements The physical demands described are representative of those that must be met by any employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job. This position requires the ability to lift files and open file cabinets Use a computer and or iPad in open office environment with natural and or fluorescent lighting. Employees are frequently required to sit, stand, and occasionally required to bend, kneel, reach, stoop, or crouch. • This position may occasionally lift 15 pounds. Salary Range $65,000 to $85,000 annually, plus auto allowance and discretionary bonus. Pay is based upon many factors including but not limited to education, skill, experience, training, certifications and other business needs.
